MOLOSroto Level indicator
Universal level indicator for any bulk solids level measurement application
The MOLOSroto level indicator series consists of 12 different devices types that can be configurated with a lot of options and equipped with many accessories. This means that MOLLET Füllstandtechnik offers a unique diversity of rotary blade level indicators that are exactly adapted to the individual measurement task and turns them into a universal level measurement device for all kind of bulk solids. For example housing material, power supply, versions for process temperatures up to 500 °C or pressures up to 10 bar, a lot of process connections and blade shapes can be selected individual in the catalog. Of course all sensors can be ordered with ATEX approvals for the use in any kind of gas and dust explosive areas.
For application with even higher requirements special devices are developed and offered. The shown customized MOLOSroto rotary paddle guarantees reliable measurement results for example in a test reactor with process temperatures above 1.200 °C. MOLOSroto level indicatiors can although be configurated for process pressures up to 100 bar.
Robust mechanic parts combined with approved electronic components are the basis for the success of MOLOSroto level indicators. They are used as full-, empty- and demand level indicator in dusty, powdery, granulated and grained bulk materials even in extreme applications and even if the material is moist, sticky or with high fat content. The level control in silos, bins and hoppers for gravel, sand, cement, concrete, lime, gypsum, animal feed, fishmeal, milk powder, grain, spices, graphite, fertilizer, zinc sulfate, aluminum oxide, polystyrene, wood pellets, foam flakes, soot, ash or slag are only a few examples of the typical applications in the different industries.
