Ringlayer Mixer HRM 10

Scale-up mixer on the Schüttgut easyfairs

AVA is a leading supplier of machines and system solutions with core competence in mixing and drying. Extensive process know-how, technically advanced high-quality equipment, comprehensive services and intensive consulting are the guarantee for successful process solutions in numerous industrial applications. A flat corporate structure helps to achieve an excellent price/performance ratio. On the Schüttgut easyfairs AVA is going to present the enhancement of the sales program: the new HRM Ringlayer Series is now a fix part of the AVA portfolio. A scale-up machine HRM 10 is one of the exhibits on the show. In detail:
The mixing effect is based on a high circumferential speed of up to 50 m/sec. The resulting centrifugal force brings the product into a ringlayer at the periphery of the mixing drum. The high speed difference between the rotating mixing elements and the mixing drum combined with the use of different mixing elements guarantees a very high mixing intensity. Fluids are injected tangentially into the product through special nozzles.

The advantages:

* Very intensive mixing
* Highly effective mixing of solids with fluids for the production of pastes
* Production of micro granules up to granules in the range of millimeters
* Optimal disintegration of fiber products
* Very short retention time - therefore small machine sizes with high throughput
* Optimal utilization of the installed power
To show the varities of the different technologies AVA presents a VErtical Dryer HVW-VT 30 and a Horizontal Dryer HTL 10 beside the HRM.
The AVA sales team Frank Bessner and Jan Wankerl a looking forward to your visit on the show Schüttgut easyfairs, Hall 6, Booth-No. A10.
