Earthing system:Bond-Rite Remote ep

for long duration checking

For process applications that require earthing for more than 6 hours per day, there is a brand-new mains supply designed on 230V or 110V to power the monitoring circuit of each indicator station.

The IECEx / ATEX certified Universal Power Supply can provide continuous power for up to 10 GRP monitoring-indicator stations simultaneously.

The monitoring-indicator stations can be mounted in Zone 1/21 hazardous areas with the IS power supply located in a Zone 2/22 area or local Safe Area.

Benefits:

provides monitored earthing of up to 10 items of plant equipment at risk of static charge accumulation.
Provides option of bonding equipment for processes that last 6 hours or longer, including processes that require continuous static earthing.
Highly visible LED mounted in indicator station ensuring operators know when low resistance connection is achieved with potentially charged equipment.
Tungsten carbide tips bite through product deposits, vessel/drum coatings and rust to ensure proper bonding connections are made.
Stainless steel 2 core clamps designed to withstand use in tough chemical processing and industrial environments
10 ohms loop resistance monitoring compliant with international Best Practice standards
