Kiepe Goes Mining: electrification in the mining sector

A presentation at the Haus der Technik in Essen will show how Kiepe Electric GmbH can contribute to electrification in the mining sector.
The circular Kiepe logo has been known in conveyor technology for decades, as it identifies high-quality and reliable safety and monitoring devices such as our emergency pull-rope switches.

But experts know that Kiepe Electric Electric can do much more.
As a specialist in the engineering, production and integration of electrical systems, we have been a reliable partner for transportation companies, fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers for decades. Whether in San Francisco, Vancouver, Manchester or Cologne: the world’s major cities rely on our environmentally friendly electric equipment for streetcars, subway trains and regional trains and on battery, trolley and in-motion charging (IMC) buses in their local transport concepts.

For the first time, we will be presenting the current bus and rail business at the 20th ”Belt Conveyors and their Elements” conference on 14 March with the title: ”Electrification, hybridization and decarbonization of rail and commercial vehicles - suggestions for use in mining?”

Ulrich Lauel, Head of Sales Railway Systems, will present e-mobile solutions for rail vehicles and buses to experts from the mining industry, with which Kiepe Electric is driving forward safe and sustainable transport concepts and which could possibly also be of interest to conveyor technology and connected vehicle fleets in mining.

Be curious and visit us at the Haus der Technik - HDT in Essen. Perhaps you will discover synergies for your own decarbonization projects.

We look forward to hearing from you and your suggestions.
