LAB Anlagenbau GmbH supplies a simple process technology that makes it possible to automate dusty, poorly flowing and lump-forming bulk materials at low cost. It performs the storage, extract, dosing and conveying of bulk materials from sacks, big bags, interchangeable containers and silos in a single operation.
Storage
Innovative storage today takes place in one-way big bags, environmentally friendly reusable interchangeable containers or, in the case of large quantities, in silos. The LAB extraction and dosing technology (EUR patent) makes it possible to extract and dose at the same time from big bags, interchangeable containers and silos with one and the same technology.
Extraction & dosing
The sack / big bag extraction is a partially closed system. The LAB interchangeable container / silo extraction is a completely closed system that is absolutely dust-free. The LAB interchangeable container (food grade) can be used as a storage and extraction container. With these variants, there is no need to pack and dispose of the sacks or bag bags.
For a recipe consisting of several components, the material is extracted from the extraction stations according to type.
Transport into the production
The LABOMAT is a vacuum/pressure device. It sucks the bulk material out of the extraction stations and weighs it with a dosing accuracy of +/- 100g. As soon as the recipe has been weighed, the LABOMAT is charged with compressed air / CO² and conveys the batch to production.
