With 2-parameter microwave technology, core and surface moisture are transferred continuously and promptly, regardless of density and weight as well as colour, structure and surface quality. Constant monitoring guarantees (energy-) efficient production. Optimised process throughput times and a reduced reject rate minimise general production costs, while regular reference measurements and sampling are no longer necessary.

The moisture content is determined directly in the production line, making bulk goods particularly suitable. The measurement data can be displayed extremely accurately and with long-term stability, even for explosion-proof areas (Zone 20) and at high temperatures. The sensors in the ”MoistureScan” series have different coatings so that abrasive or sticky products can also be measured. The devices are easy to install and require minimal calibration.
