Range of Application:
As control or classification sieve for pourable, dry bulk goods in production. The long-stroke sieve from the JEL V-Screen type range are used in all areas of the chemical, pharmaceutical, food-processing, plastic and similar industries
Operation:
The flow of product to be sieved is first divided by means of an infinitely variable product deflector plate in the inlet section. The allows for optimum allocation of product to the screening surfaces, depending on task or product properties.
In this first step the undersize fraction of the product is first screened out. Generally, this process takes up the most screening surface. Consequently, the required surface is split to two decks arranged on top of each other. After screening out the undersize fraction, the coarse material is separated again according to the defined grain size.
The machine operates at a low noise level. The purely horizontal screening movement is based on the principle of exact balance of masses. Depending on the type of product, the vibration amplitude is up to 60 mm at an inclination of up to 8°.
