Today we launch the new version CSA IF which includes a lot of interesting news and advantages:
Cabin concept design including the whole process in one single frame from filling to bag evacuation once is closed. Several lateral doors allow full access inside the machine.
All closing systems (Stitching, sealing, ..) are integrated within the cabin.
A continuously hold-the-bag powered design make the complete process very reliable as it never releases the bag since is evacuated.
Cabin is modular making it as longer as we need depending on how many stations compose the system.
Optimum protection against pollution.
Contamination of the product is impossible from the empty bags placing through the closing of the filled bags.
Low level noise in the operator area.
Cost saving for erection and commissioning, very few elements are dismantled for transport.
Duty up to 1.600 bags/hour.
With the new advantages of the CSA IF concept, PAYPER strengthens its position in the open mouth bag placer’s market. Since its launch this year many units are being manufactured for a start-up during 2010 and early 2011.
The first unit is installed in Galicia, Spain for the French company EUROSERUM, specialist in milk powder, at doses of 25 kg. Other units are for the company COLORESMALT (produced minerals for ceramics industry), the company G y A TORRES (carob flour), both on the Spanish east coast. But also SALCE (cereals and pet-food) in Australia. These days some orders have been already placed from Brazil and Mexico.
PAYPER, the Spanish company, undisputed leader in the Iberian market, increases its position as a global manufacturer, manufacturing machine for bagging of bulk solids (granular and powder) in bags of 5 to 50 kg. The installed base exceeds 3,000 units in 70 countries. Most of them in open-mouth bags (paper, plastic, woven PP) with a rear closure (sewing, sealing, ….).
