The challenge
Our customer the Swedish saw mill Tunadal Sawmill in Sundsvall, was looking for a reliable & cost effective content measurement in different silos containing wood chips and saw dust. The particular challenge was to guarantee reliable measurement and ensure easy operational set-up! Previous technologies failed in the application because of the physical properties of the material.
The solution
The electro-mechanical measuring device NB4200 gives added values such as tape version for low maintenance as well as an integrated tape cleaner for the dusty atmosphere. Moreover this instrument has a sensational price performance ratio and is an extremely cost effective solution.
