The SmartGlide sampling system has been developed for the smart and easy sampling from free falling powders / granules from non-pressurized systems such as downpipes, chutes or ducts up to 500mm diameter.
One double acting pneumatic cylinder actuates the SmartGlide. For controlling the sampler, one 5/2 way valve (manual or electric) is sufficient. This way you can easily integrate the sampling process in your PLC.
The standard sample size per stroke is approx. 180ml.
Timing: up to 12 strokes per minute (approx. 2 l / min.)
Installation to the tube or chute with a DN 125 weld boss (in the scope of supply)
Advantages:
· The material properties of the sampled product are not influenced by sampling
· Easy operation and controlling
· High quality materials (Stainless Steel AISI 316L, seals PTFE or Silicone)
· Simple and quick dismounting for cleaning or maintenance
· Thanks to the dead space free construction the sample is always fresh from the
product stream.
