Complete system for level measurement monitoring

Level monitoring and visualisation with Nivotec 3000 Complete system for level measurement monitoring

UWT is now offering alongside its well level measurement control sensors complete systems for fill level and trend display, data storage and remote fill level enquiries. The product range Nivotec provides all the necessary fill level data on the spot to the plant operator, either to the PC on his/her desk, or to the control room or directly to the supplier. Continuous real information about the actual fill level, as well as the comprehensive and user friendly visualisation software facilitate easier material planning and sufficiently early recognition and elimination of bottlenecks

The Nivotec system can evaluate analogue 4-20mA, Modbus RTU from continuous measurement technology and digital signals from full and empty detectors. Available within the Nivotec series is a 5.7” touch panel, digital display in a control cabinet, or fill level visualisation via a web server module. All options are customised to the customer requirements and are delivered with project specific electrical plans.

The NT 3000, for example, offers world wide password protected access via internet or modem to the Nivotec visualisation software. Trend date and data manipulation can be carried out via user friendly menus. To prevent silo overfilling, visual or acoustic alarm signals are available, as is a lorry module for user friendly control at the filling station.
