No problem with flying sparks

Even when things get very hot, Master-Clip SPARK XL hoses always have the situation under control.

Master-Clip SPARK XL hoses were developed especially for the extraction of grinding dusts and welding fumes with an increased sparking frequency. The hoses which are resistant up to +200 °C feature very good mechanical stress capacity, wear resistance, high flexibility and very small bending radii. The outside clip profile spiral largely protects them additionally against external wear. The specially coated, high-temperature textile fabric of which the hose wall is made is suitable for many other areas of application such as extraction of hot and abrasive grinding dusts.

At welding workstations, in the production of metal containers or other problematical application areas: The extraction of hot sparks is always a challenge when unsuitable or only conventional products are used and therefore only a short life of the hoses can be achieved. Master-Clip SPARK XL hoses were used for example for the extraction of mixtures of hot air and red-hot corundum/metal dust in grinding work. According to the responsible project engineer, the Master-Clip SPARK XL from Masterflex lasts much longer than all previously tested competitive products and should now be used exclusively.

The hoses are available in diameters DN 50 – DN 2000. Almost all intermediate sizes as well as special versions with stainless steel clip profile are available from the manufacturer on request. Masterflex AG also offers the appropriate connecting elements of course.
