In many cases the required quantity of compressed air necessary for pneumatic conveyance is not constant. The quantity is depending on the individual application. Then RPM-regulated Positive Displacement Blowers generate the conveying air in a very economic way as they are adapting their output to the fluctuating requirements with highest energy efficiency. Since 1868 Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH (Aerzen next to Hamelin) has been producing Positive Displacement Blowers for the production of conveying air – but so far with separately installed power cabinets. The successful Positive Displacement Blower Series “Delta Blower Generation 5” has been extended by integrated RPM-regulated systems especially for the use on variable requirements. They produce in a predifined range just the currently required quantity of conveying air (overpressure up to max. 1 bar, negative pressure up to max. 0,5 bar), fluctuating in the speed range between 25 and 100 % and supplying now conveying air more economically.Naturally, these systems combine all advantages of the actual unregulated series “Delta Blower Generation 5”.
The new all-in-one systems with integrated blowers, frequency converter and power section installed on a common base frame are ready to use immediately after connection of power supply and conveying air line. For this reason, the new regulated blower packages are ideal for decentral installation directly at the system. They can be operated as single unit or in combination with systems operating at a fixed speed.
