The POWTECH 2010 has underlined the upward trend in the German machine construction and investment construction. Also Infastaub presented itself successfully for the POWTECH 2010. The raised investment readiness was considerably perceptible on the exhibition stand and in the conversations. Thus one registered this year 40 % more visitors than during the last POWTECH 2008.
As a new innovation the cartridge filters AJP 224 was issued, the new silo vent filter in rectangular design. With the objective of process optimisation, reduction in costs and economic efficiency the dust removal specialist has developed a new silo filter. The experiences of the proven silo filter INFA-JETRON type AJB 800 are included into the product development. Equipped with the strengths and advantages of the AJB as well as the shaker filter INFA-MAT AM 204, the new silo vent filter AJP 224 admits versatile uses by the standardization. In case of a new filter investment the connection flanges on the silos must not be changed. Without having to carry out rebuilding measures in the flanges, thus in a first step the shaker filter INFA-MAT AM 204 could be installed and at a later time the new silo vent filter AJP 224. This possibility is a determining factor by the reduction of capital costs.
The new silo vent filter type AJP 224 owns like his godfather AJB 800 an excellent performance. Beside the same number and arrangement of filter cartridges the filter medium change is practicable with few handles and without tool application. The coated filter housing is made out of normal steel. A fan can be mounted on the lateral gas outlet to suck off the dust during mechanical silo fillings e.g.
With the very keen interest of the visitors, Infastaub sees the confirmation for their product politics oriented in the market. Many conversations led in concrete proposals whose conversion was also timed on the fair. After this resonance Intensiv-Filter will be represented again on the next POWTECH.
