With an example from the pharmaceutical industry, Herding is exhibiting a complete filter system covering everything from the collection of waste air to the contamination-free disposal of dust (demonstrations during the Powtech at the company`s stand in Hall 7/529). The optimization of existing systems saves costs and an upgrade adapts the system to more exacting requirements.
Also on show will be the company`s newly developed filter media for gases with ultra-fine dust (e.g. toner) or extreme PH values.
Herding has developed a hot gas filter medium which is used by Herding ALPHA filter plants in the combustion of wood or as an energy-saving solution in the pneumatic conveyance of gas flows at temperatures up to 450 °C and pressures of 10 bar, e.g. for the production of ultra-pure silicon.
Safety and ATEX conformity have a high priority at Herding and are assured by certified engineer Klaus Rabenstein, who can be consulted during the Powtech/TechnoPharm at the Herding stand (Hall 7/529) throughout the day on Wednesday April 28th, 2010.
