Sampling is done with a single rotating movement of max. 120°. In a fixed guide tube rotates a high polished internal tube. During sampling the inlets of the two pipes lay on top of each other. The sample freely drops out by gravity. The whole way of discharge the powder keeps moving on nad the product will protected from mechanical stress and grounding. An additional advantage is that the sampler has large free cross-sections for discharge. The quantity of sample collected can be varied as a function of the speed of the rotating movement. The system can automated for representative proportional sampling for a long period of time. The process connections and the construction materials will designed according to customer wishes.
