KG’s industrial vacuum systems allows to constantly design new tailor made solutions.A typical example is the use of a vacuum system in bulk storage halls for cement, corn, feeding stuff, gritting salt or fertiliser etc. Wieland Lufttechnik proposes the installation of a vacuum cleaning system designed according to the size of the storage hall. The heart of the vacuum system is a vacuum pump with a cyclone filter hopper. The extracted material is discharged onto a conveyor belt or a bucket elevator. Regular cleaning of the mechanical components of the conveyor equipment inside the storage hall minimizes cost for maintenance and machine downtime as wear and tear caused by adhesive material is reduced essentially. Compared to manual cleaning with traditional means like brush and shovel, the use of vacuum equipment is considerably faster, more efficient and more economical. An important reason to use a vacuum cleaning system is the reduced physical stress for staff members who are constantly exposed to airborne dusts.
