New is the GCM mixer manufactured in a hygienic execution with a cantilevered shaft and polished surfaces. The new execution allows to pull the mixing rotor completely out of the body and leaves the access free for cleaning and sterilisation.
There are no hollow bodies where bacteria can hide. The mixer GCM is suitable fort he operation in ATEX zones.
The processes can be designed very variable as the mixer can be delivered optional with a heating jacket and different wears for residence time adjustment.
