The bagging of small batches of bulk goods as well as the economical handling of irregularly placed orders mark the ideal application spectrum of the new, compact design and economically priced RUBIN FFS bagging system which will be demonstrated live by German based engineering company Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) in hall 3.0 at this year"s ACHEMA. The new form-fill-seal system is designed to handle free-flowing products including salts, special sands, plastic resins, fertilizers, wood pellets, animal feed and pet food, or fine chemicals with perfect reliability. Maximum bagging speed is 400 bags/h.
Equipped with state-of-the-art drive and control technology, the RUBIN excels with reliable operation and maximum ease of handling. An intuitively operated touchscreen panel allows the operator to change the filling weight or bag dimensions without changing any parts. When running repeat orders, the appropriate job parameters such as welding time, welding temperature and filling weight can be easily and quickly retrieved from the machine"s recipe memory. Despite the integrated electrical cabinets, the new RUBIN features an extraordinarily compact design. Its low construction height is the result of the integrated gross weighing system.
The RUBIN comes completely assembled with integrated safety enclosures, unwind, outfeed conveyor, and electrical cabinets – pretested and ready for hook-up.
