Vibro-Dos devices are used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry for filling of drums, cardboard boxes, containers and big-bags. The are capable of metering bulk materials of different flow characteristics reliably and exactly.
The Vibro-Dos system basically consists of a supporting case, a plastic molding inner body and a butterfly valve which is brough to vibration by two pneumatic vibrating engines.
The regulation of the aperture angle is carried out by a pneumatic cylinder with specifically developed electropneumatic activation which guarantees very short response time and a high repeatability of the aperture angle. All dosing parameters are specified at the balance terminal or the operation terminal of the PLC.
