When discharging FIBCs, the leakage of product dust must be prevented without causing overpressure or low pressure in the system. An efficient outlet connection system performs the following tasks:
Sealing the FIBC outlet safely,
Preventing overpressure in the system,
Preventing suction of product.
A filter has been integrated into the ring filter connection system. External filters as well as the cross containment and carryover of product involved belong to the past.
Advantages:
no cross contamination,
no carryover of product,
no need for external filters.
