Masterflex AG presents new connecting systems at Hanover Fair and Achema

Masterflex AG presents cost-saving connecting systems at Hanover Fair and Achema Masterflex AG presents new connecting systems at Hanover Fair and Achema

The novel clamping system developed by the Masterflex AG fits many wire-reinforced Masterflex hoses and ensures quick and easy hose installation. Consequently, the hose user can continue using most commercial connecting elements, which translates into direct cost savings. Whether common connectors such as Camlok, Storz, and TW couplings or customized coupling types are in use, all sorts of connectors can be easily screwed to the new clamping system. Moreover, connecting pieces with such geometries may be integrated into the hose. Combining great versatility, prompt availability, high quality standards, and good efficiency, this novel connecting system could become a trendsetter in the field of materials handling engineering.

The advantages of the new clamping system at a glance:
• The customer may continue using existing connecting pieces with standard or specific geometries.
• The customer obtains a hose tailored to the existing connecting piece, connector dimensions, and his specific needs.
• The customer obtains an appropriate PU collar providing a tight connection between hose and coupling.
• The customer may continue using existing systems matching the outer collar diameter or obtain commercial systems from
Masterflex.
