Exceptionally mobile, pivotable belt conveyors are new in the program of GEPPERT-Band. Conceived primarily for production processes in which rejections occur frequently.
So often in production the problem arises that when a plant is started, qualitatively inferior products arise. By virtue of their high degree of manoeuvrability, the belt conveyors can be manually pivoted to the side and the product shunted off to another location. The pivoting device is designed for all sorts of processes, because the transported material intake height is variable, being possible even a height of only 300 mm.
The belt conveyor is completely removable to obtain direct access to the machines and also to the belt conveyor itself during cleaning and maintenance.
Pivotable belt conveyors in aluminium or stainless steel, with lengths up to 6,000 mm and breadths up to 1,000 mm, are produced within ten days.
