Specially developed for taking samples from silo vehicles. If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, freight cars), separation may occur. If a sample is then taken from the surface only it will not be representative. The SiloDrill can take samples from deeper layers.

Operation
The SiloDrill is screwed manually into the bulk material and only opened when the required sampling depth has been reached. Extension rods are available for depths down to 3 m.
The SiloDrill is not only suitable for silo vehicles, it can also be used in a similar manner in various bulk material containers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuffs and semi-luxury goods sectors, etc.
The SiloDrill is now available in AISI 316 stainless steel.
