The managing director of UWT, Uwe Niekrawietz considers the own innovation management as a special topic which is oriented in its developments and decisions at a well-founded 7-years- plan. A positive atmosphere for innovations is formed due to the individual support and promotion of the own employees. The ‘Innovation-circle’, a board what is made up of business partners from Western and Eastern Europe, China and the USA was founded for intensive and project based orientation at market innovations. Positive influences and impulses for innovations are also expected from to-be employees. Altogether, this concentrated work and aim-oriented efforts will ensure handling any crises in the future. Merely due to the guideline ‘The human is always in the foreground’, such an award is within the realms of possibility.
