VARIALBE SPEED ROTOR MILL - the all-purpose mill for rapid grinding Finest grinding thanks to highest speed

The FRITSCH Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 grinds fast and effectively soft to medium-hard samples – even for sample preparation in accordance to RoHS analysis.

Temperature-sensitive samples are ground thermally very gently, because of the extremely high rotor speed. Difficult-to-grind samples such as styrene, polyester, synthetic resins, films, PVC, PP and PE can be made brittle, e.x. with liquid nitrogen, and then ground to analysis fineness. Even oily and fatty materials can be easily crushed.

The Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 with a real top speed of 20.000 rpm is the Turbo Mill for sample preparation. With a feed particle size of < 10 mm, a final fine-ness of up to 40 µm can be achieved. The throughput depends on the material and lies between 0.05 and 5 kg per hour. Rotors, sieve rings and collecting vessels made of differ-ent materials and sizes enable an optimal adjustment of the system to the application.

Your advantages with the FRITSCH Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14
- rapid sample throughput as a result of high-speed grinding and simple handling
- simple grinding preparation and removal of the ground sample with interchangeable tool system consisting of rotor, collection vessel, sieve insert and labyrinth seal
- rotor and collecting vessel can be changed without tools
- easy, contamination free cleaning of all grinding parts outside of the instrument
- Optimum cooling in grinding chamber due to very high air throughput
