Under continuing developments the current PartAn system has their origin in 1986. On the basis of this experience, AnaTec has now redesigned the PartAn 2001L to the new looking PartAn 3001 L.
The new PartAn 3001L Instrument and the new Software makes it possible to do multi imaging of every particle in a sample, and measure every particle from different angles. The benefit is more “correct” size distribution, can use smaller sample, shorter measurement time and better shape determination of the particles.
The new PartAn 3001L instrument uses one Full Frame Camera for the particle size range 0.020 to 15.00 mm or 0.050 to 35.00 mm. This new software for multi imaging of every particle has been tested in a customer laboratory for the last 1,5 year and has shown results equal to sieve analysis method, without any correlation functions in the software.
PartAn systems are reliable, rugged systems for the measurement of granules such as fertiliser, sand, sugar, stone and a wide variety of food industry products.
