UWT GmbH, located in Southern Germany, is now offering calculable service packages for its level measurement technology. The service packages include the “initial setup service package” with parameter and user training, or the “complete service package” which also includes the installation of the measurement and display systems. Additionally, the “remote diagnostics service package” allows remote parameter setting and fine tuning of the Nivowave system via GSM modem, which is carried out by UWT service technicians.
The fixed price service packages ensure cost certainty in project calculations. All services can also be booked individually and charged pro rata, according to customer requirements. The customer is professionally looked after from the project proposal to the installation and a guarantee is provided.
