New, Compact Design FFS System from Windmöller & Hölscher

RUBIN® New, Compact Design FFS System from Windmöller & Hölscher

Where the requirement is for small or irregularly placed bagging orders, the new RUBIN FFS packaging system of the German based machine manufacturer Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) is the ideal piece of equipment. Designed for bagging speeds up to 400 sacks/h, the RUBIN® can reliably handle free-flowing products such as salt, sand, plastic resins, fertilizers, wood pellets, animal feed and pet food, as well as chemical fine products.

In spite of the integrated electrical cabinets, the machine features a highly compact design. Its low construction height is the result of the integrated gross weigher. Equipped with the latest drive and control technology, the RUBIN® guarantees reliable bagging as well as maximum ease of operation. Via the intuitive touchscreen panel, the operator can easily enter the desired weight and bag dimensions. For job change-over, no size parts are needed. Previously programmed order parameters such as sealing times and temperatures or filling weights can be easily retrieved.

Equipped with features and components that have been field-proven in several hundred W&H FFS machines world-wide, the RUBIN is an economically priced and reliable bagging system and at the same time an ideal step from manual to automatic bagging. For more demanding applications, a broad range of optional extras are available, e.g. arrangements to move the machine for use at several filling locations or a print mark scanner allowing for register printed film to be handled.
