With this newly-developed, multifunctional grinding and classificaton unit, we have considerably optimized and expanded our processing facilities in Bobingen. The unit is capable of operating with 4 different functions, at a milling capacity of 400 up to 2000 kg/h, and it features two milling speeds. [more]
At normal milling speed for the grinding of hard materials up to Mohs hardness 7 (iron-free), the unit runs with a classifying machine (< 500 µm).
For the fine grinding of hard or soft materials, it is equipped with a bead mill and runs together with our new, highly efficient air classifier SeparaNo® 9360-SE.
For grinding and classifying, the unit can operate with two high-speed mills – impact jet mill DemiNo® 2500 or disintegrator DESITECH®. Unit function number four: »Separation only« with our classifier SeparaNo® 9360-SE.
This large processing plant can be individually configurated, thus creating the specific surface properties to refine our clients’ products. Application examples are: technical ceramics, aluminium oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, phosphates, talc, kaolin, mica, and many others.
