Based on the PTS-Technology the Batchmixer (patent pending) was developed by Dec to mix active substances in a self-contained system.
This system allows contamination free and product friendly mixing (no rotating mechanical parts) in batch mode under inert conditions. This offers the possibility to mix hygroscopic, oxygen sensitive or explosive powders.
Various powders can be mixed with large differences in mixing ratio (1/10.000) at a low mixing time. A high ratio of no-load to full-load can be realized (High turn down ratio < 10% - 100%).
The Batchmixer is practically maintenance free and can be cleaned in place (CIP).
This technology is able to be integrated easily into all kinds of production lines, because powders are transferred, mixed and discharged in an automatic and closed way.
