With ACO’s new handy portable universal moisture measuring instrument FS_3 MM in pocket size (90x170x30 mm) it is first time possible to memorize own moisture curves.
This is made by “teach-in” method: for non-linear measuring curves up to 14 measuring points can be set. Thus a very high precisement is achieved for the real measuring range! Users can calibrate up to 16 different materials and switch between the curves in memory identifying them by given names.
Independent from any current supply net quick and non-destroyable moisture measuring can be done anywhere anytime (up to 900 min.).
The unique instrument can be used for nearly all bulk materials, granulates, powders, mixtures, pasties, plates (wood, gypsum, ceramic, concrete etc.) from many different industries and applications.
Additionally a screwable roll sensor is available for round and/or uneven materials, such as ceramic or concrete pipes.
Overranges of the measuring area are indicated automatically as well as low battery leading to wrong measuring. The housing is made from robust thermoplast material, and the instrument has a large LC matrix display for easy and clear reading.
The indicated values are reproducible and can be adjusted by calibration to the material to be measured by the user.
