The SolidsFlow® fibrous material feeder is preferred by drywall producers worldwide for feeding wet chopped fiberglass. Arching or hang-ups in the hopper are prevented and no flow-aid devices are required. The feeder utilizes a special one-piece vibratory feed-tray specifically designed to the material’s unique flow characteristics. This special design allows instantaneous and complete cut-off once the drive is turned off, preventing trickle feed.
By the horizontal motion applied to the feed tray a consistent uniform material flow is produced when the feeder is turned on - without damage to the integrity of the fibers.
