Rotary valves are used as dosing and shutoff devices. For the employment in pharmaceutical processes and especially in glove boxes, Gericke developed the Hypergienic air-lock. It has a quick-release mechanism, can be dismantled without tools (in the glove box) completely. The gear motor can be attached outside of the insulator.

Gericke`s Hypergienic rotary valve is something special and covers exactly the needs of the pharmaceutical processes. In the Gericke test lab, all Gericke devices can be tested and different production procedures with can be compared.
The valve is exhibited at the Powtech in Nürnberg.
