Sympatec has recently launched an image analysis sensor, which combines particle size and shape analysis. Innovative new technique with extremly short expose time with less than 1 ns allows the use of efficient and reliable dispersion units providing clear cut images also of fastest particles with a speed of up to more than 100m/s. This guarantees proper dispersion of agglomerated fine and cohesive powders.
With QICPIC particle sizes between 1 µm and 10mm are covered. The primary measurement data is stored in 10000 internal classes and can be evaluated in individually definable formats. Predefined classes allow an easy adoption of existing measurement specifications. A high end data compression
module supports the grabbing of up to 450 frames per second without any loss of information. This ensures a high statistical security of measurement results in short analysis time.
The sophisticated WINDOX software offers simultaneous calculations of different shape characteristic values. A particle gallery in combination with multiple filter function supports the evaluation of products or components of a batch, even when very large datavolumes of millions of particles are stored.
QICPIC fulfils the security requirements of the FDA and is compliant 21 CFR Rule 11.
