The C-Lever ®II provides the most excellent accuracy for good flowing solids (density between 0.02 – 2.5 kg/l). Presently the system is available for flow ranges between 1 and 100m³/h.
Accuracy:
Compared to conventional measuring systems based on volume, speed or weight, the C-Lever is a real inline system that measures directly in the process. The final accuracy is +/- 0.25 % of the volumetric range. The `turndown – ratio` is better than 10 to 1.
The C-Lever ®II can be factory calibrated – the resulting accuracy with pre-calibration is better than 01%. The real time output allows very quick batching and flow controlling operations.
The C-Lever ®II has been proven in the plastics, food processing, tobacco or coal burning industries, incl. materials such as plastic pellets, tobacco, corn meal grain, rice, spices, soybeans, pet food, potato chips, and all other flowing material.
