• POWTECH and TechnoPharm delight over 16,000 visitors
• Record of almost 700 participants at PARTEC Congress
The three-day exhibition duo POWTECH and TechnoPharm ended on 29 March 2007 with a new record number of visitors. Exactly 16,174 trade visitors were counted at both exhibitions, excluding congress participants. “22 per cent more visitors! This shows that our extra marketing actions have really worked,” says a delighted Claus Rättich, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse. Over 1,000 exhibitors, including 28 per cent from abroad, presented their products and services for mechanical processing technologies and process technologies in the exhibition halls. Some 670 participants from five continents sourced information on the latest findings in particle technology at the accompanying PARTEC Congress.
The parallelism of the POWTECH and TechnoPharm exhibitions is a special quality for both exhibitors and visitors, as the powder, granule and bulk solids technologies shown at POWTECH are also used in special versions for clean room processes and hygienic production, which are issues covered by TechnoPharm. This overlapping between POWTECH and TechnoPharm creates fascinating synergy effects for exhibitors and visitors.
