Magnetic filter meets the highest food safety standard The EHEDG magnetic filter recently introduced by Goudsmit Magnetics is specially designed for the food industry. This hygienic filter is suitable for CIP systems: the magnet can be magnetically operated, without the need to open the filter housing for cleaning. The filter is constructed of Neodymium magnets that provide more effective separation of very small ferrous particles as small as 15µm, weakly magnetic particles and even iron dust from sticky substances such as chocolate, pastes, powders and fruit juices. The magnet has a maximum flux density of 11,300 gauss at the bar and removes the specified particles from both liquid and powdered products. Maximum safety for pneumatically filled silos with the silo filling device SFA from MOLLET The silo filling device SFA is a substantial part of the MOLOSsafe silo protection system from MOLLET. MOLOSsafe is a complete and independent protection system and the best possible protection for silos that are pneumatically filled by silo-vehicles. The basic package contains beside the silo filling device a high-level indicator, a control and a signal horn and can be supplemented with further useful elements like signal lamp, pressure valve, pressure indicator, demand indicator or empty detector. The silo filling device SFA consist mainly of a pinch valve of the MOLOSvalve series and a MOLOSswing swiveling lever. MOLOSmembran level indicator from MOLLET used as material jam detector Bulk solids are transported in many processing facilities with conveying belts, Redler conveyors and screw conveyors. In this process, it is of high importance, that material jams are immediately detected and removed before bigger problems occur. In order to achieve this more and more sensors are used for material jam detection. The maintenance free MOLOSmembran level indicators can be used perfectly for this application and are installed mainly in the discharge area of screw conveyors or Redler conveyors. Accessory ”vibration damping device” for MOLOSroto level switches from MOLLET The handling of bulk goods requires a special task, as the discharge of the product out of silos and bins does not happen automatically caused by gravity. The product in storage silos or bins has to be made flowable, as many bulk goods can not flow out through the practicable and appropriate discharge cross-sections. Therefore the connection of fiber, parts and particles has to be loosened by the influence of forces. Depending on product characteristics, working environment and applications external silo vibrators or rappers are used often as suitable discharge systems. These discharge systems cause heavy vibrations mainly in the lower section of silos and bins. These vibrations are a large problem in particular for the level measurement devices used as empty- or demand detector. Primarily the electronics of these level indicators are damaged as a result. INFA-Lamellen-Jet AJL receives versatile optimizations The INFA-Lamellen-Jet AJL is a versatile usable aspiration filter for separation of dry, non-sticky dusts. Filter units of this series achieve a maximum filter surface area on minimum space requirements because of their pleated filter elements (filter lamellas). Now the design of the AJL has been refreshed. Numerous demands on operating efficiency and flexibility for the operator were considered. The former vertical struttings inside the raw gas chamber are now on the exterior side thus the filter is easier to clean. The doorhang can be changed from left to right any time. Therefore a change in place of installation is practicable without large effort. The justification of inspection doors is simplified, the supporting construction strengthened. A pressure shock resistant design is in development. As of now the dust collector is available with a secondary filter stage, too. The second filter stage with filter cassette reduces the residual dust content and serves as safety filter at the same time.
